Cupping is one of the oldest modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This method commonly uses suction cups made of glass, silicone, or plastic. Cupping also known as Myofascial Decompression creates suction in order to draw the skin and soft tissue upward. This suction creates negative pressure which aids in draining lymph, improves blood circulation and facilitates myofascial release.
